I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gousto
Interview
We had pair programming, system design & cultural interview rounds. Each with different engineers or managers, in groups of two. Everyone was really sweet, and put me at ease. The only con is that one of the managers wasn't really good at asking questions.
Only a few stages. Interview with the hiring manager, tech test and final stage. The tech test was related to a real life gousto problem, and they were very forgiving and helpful.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gousto in Oct 2024
Interview
So I had a really positive experience interviewing with Gousto. I found the communication fantastic from start to completion.
Every stage of the process I was told what to expect, what they would be looking for and what areas to concentrate on. If you have adhd this process would be much better for you than others I’ve been involved in.
After each stage feedback was given on the same day and the whole process only took about 4 weeks (this was largely due to when I booked in and you probably could have completed the process in half that time)
The whole team were really easy to talk to and like I say I had a really positive experience.
