Recruiter was great, kept me very informed and up to date. Second round interview was made to feel very at ease, both people very lovely and engaged with my answers.
1st round general chat, 2nd round to develop a recipe in their format, 3rd round to come up with 20 different recipes (I withdrew my application as I felt they just wanted content/ ideas)

Interview
It was a mix of meeting with my then line manager and one of the co-founders of the company. It lasted about an hour and I was required to cook a dish of my choosing but within the recipe budget, cuisine, and time constraints that I might have to cook under as part of the role.
