Government of Kenya Administrative and Clerical interview questions

The Labour Ministry advertises the job vacancies via the media agencies eg. the newspapers, Government website ,or the Television with details about the job and requirements. The short- listed persons are printed in the daily newspapers. The interview process commences on the day according to the advertisement.The interview consists of two processes, one where work experience questions in step.1 are asked then general questions are asked step.2. The qualified persons are chosen and requested to report to work after a weeks time. In Kenya you are not supposed to compromise leader values of expendiency.
