Interview process was good. on Skype.
but they offered a big role and then totally changed the role to a smaller one while making offer without any explanation. this was bad practice. not at all acceptable.

Interview
3 rounds, 1st with HR (General assessment), 2nd with Direct Manager, 3rd with Peers & Head of Business Unit. Most candidates will fail at 2nd round naturally.
Do be prepared for case study questions as it'll be one of the main method of assessment.
