I had a great experience interviewing at this church. Though I was a bit nervous and worried about missing some points, the interviewer was patient and friendly, making it feel more like a conversation. Since it's a church job, faith-related topics also gave me deeper reflections.

Quick, to the point, and friendly. You walk in (a comfortable open office setting), and they ask a few questions, if you're a fit you'll likely be hired on the spot.

Interview
The interview process was average. The environment was a senior leadership in transition. Many of the conversations in the interview were not recognized or upheld. Most of the people involved in senior leadership left which left most of the vision void.
