Starts with introductory call, then move on to a 1-hour video call with a project manager who will ask you to dive into specific aspects of your current role (Whats the biggest challenge you faced recently and how did you overcame it, how do you handle feedback, how do you handle scenarios where you believe an architect is planning a part of an app in a less-than-ideal way, etc.). Next is an hour long pair coding session, be prepared to work very quickly and very efficiently. It's not pair coding in a way you'd expect, the staff engineer will be very critical of your work and thought process building a basic web app. Next is a systems design interview for around 1.5 hours, was asked "walk me through how I would architect a mobile chat app". You don't need to describe each detail with great specificity, but using a visual drawing board to display how different aspects of an app will tie together is a great way to go. Overall I had a good time.
