Grainger Collections Customer Service Representative interview questions

Three hours before the time that an interview call with Grainger's recruiting service (AgileOne) was scheduled for, I received an E-mail from Grainger Careers stating that they had decided to pursue other candidates. I reached out to the recruiter I had already been in communications with for several days (including earlier that same day) right away, stating my confusion and trying to find out what had happened, but never received a response and never received a call.
