      Senior Associateor Associate Interview

      15 Feb 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Lake Forest, IL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Grainger (Lake Forest, IL) in May 2009

      Interview

The hiring process has changed a lot since I started 9 years ago. Back then, there was a phone screening and then 3-4 on-site interviews, wich took about half a day. Now, depending on the job, the interview process can take a few days, with multiple levels of people. Also, some positions require that the candidate do a presentation to a panel of interviewers.

      Question 1

It was a while back, so I don't have a sense of what they ask now. Again, it depends on the position. Marketing has the presentation requirement. So, you have "homework" to do before the interview.
