FIrst interview is a 45 minute phone call. Then they fly out you out chicago for second round.
4-5 interviews with 2 person panels. 45 minutes long each. All behavioral each hits on something different

Name a time when you made an unpopular decision and had to stick up for yourself?
Name a time when you had to be a part of the team?
They will try to hit on behavioral things to see if you are a cultural fit
Why are you interested in finance?
A lot of interviews are more casual come prepared with questions to ask there will be 10 mins at the end of each interview.
2 interviews over the phone. The questions were behavioral and no technical questions were asked. Very relaxed process and Hr was very communicative over email. The over the phone interviews were with finance professionals from different parts of finance.
