It was the first job interview for me. The day before the interview I was informed via a phone call. Previously some of my friends were interviewed in Grameenphone Ltd. So I called them to get an idea. It helped me a lot. As Grameenphone is a telecom operator so the questions were basically telecom based. My job was in Radio Planning department. So I prepared myself accordingly especially focused on GSM Radio technology. Also my interviewer carefully judged my ability of presenting myself, communication skill and intelligence. My advice to you guys is that prepare yourself according to the post you have applied for.

Pretty easy, basic knowledge of engineering. Somewhat analytical questions. Make sure you dont stanmer much, just try to breeze through the answers. Human resources and one manager from the designated department will usually do the questioning.
