easy interview process. only had one chat with their management and then was good to go. met with them in one of the venues and spoke through what the role needed and what my skills were - BE ORGANISED for this role - they do everything on paper.
Trial shift on a quiet day shadowing the restaurant manager on duty that day or the venue manager. Followed by a casual chat. Interview only lasted 2 hours, only one sitting of service.
