Interview
I've had 4 interviews here. One of the interviewers didn't know what to ask me. I emailed the hiring manager for follow up and was told the position was filled but told me about another position in detail and asked if I'd be interested? I said yes. I followed up, again and she told me she would contact me by end of business on Friday that she was working on it with another manager and I never heard back.

Interview
The face-to-face interview lasted about 45 minutes. The interviewer was uncomfortable with the process and seemed unsure of what questions to ask. He provided a good description of the background of the newly formed bank and answered all of my questions. He did not follow through with a call as he promised. I called him back, but was told no decision had yet been made. I later saw in the local newspaper that the position had been filled. I received no further contact from the bank.
Very poor experience.
