Phone call for a CV Screening, explaining the company and what they do. They will then talk about you, your CV, your experience/ projects and what you are looking to expand into. In person technical question, typically housing related, and then moving onto behaviour questions to see if you understand the role/ concept of what is required from a software engineer.
