Grande Colonial interview questions

Thorough and thoughtfully considered. Even though I didn't get the job, I walked away feeling that I learned something. They really took the time to consider each candidate even though my skills were not close enough to what they where looking for.

The interview process was very comfortable. I enjoyed talking with the GM. He was personable and honest about the job and expectations. Even though I was not offered the position I came away feeling good about the interview. I recommend the Grand Colonial to anyone seeking employment with a company in an intimate, family like environment. I could imagine being very happy to work there.
