I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Granicus
Interview
I was reached out to by the recruiter for an interview a few days after I submitted my application. We scheduled the phone interview, but I was waiting around for about 10 minutes. I had to email the recruiter to make sure we were still on for the interview.. it was a bit frustrating. In turn, the interview was rushed. After that interview, I had to take a cognitive ability test. When I passed that, they scheduled another interview. Ultimately, I didn't make it past the second interview.

Question 1
Why do you want to work here?
Behavioral interview questions.
Screen with HR, assessment, meeting with hiring manager. Nothing very exotic or strange. Standard stuff. Would’ve been followed by a team interview if I got that far. Overall looks like a good company that does good work.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Granicus in Jan 2021
Interview
Initial phone interview and then sent to register for the online logic and personality assessment. After taking the assessment I immediately got a rejection later stating they were going in another direction. I can only assume I didn't pass. 18 seconds per question for 50 questions. I like to think things through and math is also not a strong suit. To gauge a person's value to your company off of a logic test eliminates many talented people, some of whom may just not be good test-takers. This to me seems illogical. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. A waste of my and their time.
