The first stage was to apply on the company website with your CV, cover letter and answering a few basic questions. After that I was invited to do an online assessment which involved some situational and numeracy questions. After that I was offered a digital interview where you asked 6 questions. All of them are pre-recorded and you have 30 seconds to think and then 2 and a half minutes to record your answer. A few days later, I received an email that I would not be progressing to the next stage. I found these questions very difficult as they were very specific and were mostly 'describe a time when ...' questions. I think that it's a very difficult interview process as after these 3 stages there is also a written case study, a group assessment, and then a final interview.

First, you need to fill up the form, then they will invite you to strength-based assessment, then video interview (competency-based), and a case study. I failed at this stage but afterwards you need to have group assessment then partner interview. Case study is quite difficult because of limited time, within 22 mins you need to analyse 6-7 tabs and write.
GT will give you feedback and they process quickly, not so many firms give you feedback even if you don't reach the last stage. They are very helpful.
