A joke!
The process took 6 months of messing around , incompetence and indecision.
A continually changing process, with steps added. Went from a two stage process to a four stage process. Finally, at the point of making offers, 6 months after applications, including a case study/ technical interview, and a presentation, they decided that actually they did not have sign off for the hire and cancelled the position.
This lack of leadership in the process became apparent when in the final stage, after completing a technical interview and then moving onto a presentation (there to test communication skills) i was told my presentation wasnt as technical as another candidates. Either my feedback is lacking the truth, or they demonstrate a lack of integrity in the process
Not one interview was NOT rescheduled. A complete lack of respect and consideration.
A lack of quality feedback and a distinct ability to not operate by their own values of purposefully driven, candid but kind, and actively curious does suggest that I for one have dodged a bullet.
I have heard from HR that they have not hired in this area for several years.
A lack of transparency, integrity, leadership , respect and in CLEARR values. I can only assume these are very much PR.
Interviews always rushed- a lack of opportunity to ask questions.
