I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Graphem Solutions
Interview
I was specifically reached out to by a recruiter who wanted to bring me in for a role. However, they said to follow their process which consisted of a suspicious looking link to a 30-question psychological quiz. The questions were Agree/Disagree and consisted of things such as "I think that a person's value is linked to how much they serve and help others". I thought it was an outlier but questions with a similar theme kept appearing ("I believe that serving others is fundamental to success and happiness"; Agree/Disagree) and answered honestly, which I didn't think they liked because I received an auto generated rejection. I was astounded at how I was reached out to (presumably by a person) only to be met with unusual psychological questions and an auto-response. The process was dehumanizing and a waste of time.

Unless you have been working as a Wordpress developer, skip this job. That is their core requirement. JD might contain other things, but it's not their primary concern for this role.
