Graphite Bio interview questions

Recruiter knew nothing about biotech. She does not seem to understand what it takes to succeed in the field as well as the experience or skills necessary for the job.

Interviewed with hiring manager and 4 others within a week. Each interview was about an hour and from different teams. Each person had different questions. Some were technical and some were more about how to mesh with other employees.
