Graphite Software Intern interview questions

HR's scheduling for the interview was a mess, and failed to inform candidates ahead of time that they would be in a group interview. Interviewer began the interview 10+ min late. He began by talking about the company, but quickly dissolved into talking about personal achievements and his university course's success for another 10+ minutes. Interviewer was unfamiliar with all resumes and had clearly done no prep work. Asked us role-specific questions prior to clarifying which role this interview was for (many candidates had received interview offers for multiple roles, which HR explicitly assured would be understood). Throughout the interview, the interviewer would regularly check and be on his phone- including asking a candidate a question then proceeding to open up his phone and send a text while nodding along and "uh-huh"ing to the candidates answer... There was another person in the room for the interview, but was only ever called upon by the main interviewer to support his claims, who would then cut-off the second interviewer abruptly to continue his talking. The interviewer continued 30+ minutes over the scheduled end time. When informed of being 15 minutes past, the interview merely nodded and continued. Overall, the interviewer showed immense disrespect to the candidates and their time, and even his peer by regularly cutting him off. HR's handling of the interview process was poor as well.
