Interview
They literally hire you if you look attractive. You don't really have to juice anything because they all know what you will be really doing, canvassing. You're basically going to beg people for their cash and you have a certain quota you have to fulfill or you're fired.
Position had been filled and no one cancelled the interview , really unprofessional and very unorganized waited in the virtual meeting space for over 15 minutes before I reached out to someone so that they could tell me the position had already been filled
Interview process is fair and straightforward, and is an accurate forecast of the work/coworker culture. Grassroots requires logically, ethically, and emotionally apt people to exist and if that particular interview does not go well it does not suggest it will be a good fit. If it does, you will work hard with some of the best people of your life.

I interviewed and never heard anything yet, I keep getting invited to apply again??? I don’t do business with disorganized companies at all. I am very particular about being organized. I am I know I am qualified. May be this is why my interviewer was falling asleep during my interview???😂
