Position had been filled and no one cancelled the interview , really unprofessional and very unorganized waited in the virtual meeting space for over 15 minutes before I reached out to someone so that they could tell me the position had already been filled

Painful. You call a number and you, along with several people are on the call. You do not get your own interview. Recruiter talks, you listen. At no point can you ask questions. Was told pay is minimum wage. Recruiter then tells you she will be in touch and hangs up. Horrible.
Interview process is fair and straightforward, and is an accurate forecast of the work/coworker culture. Grassroots requires logically, ethically, and emotionally apt people to exist and if that particular interview does not go well it does not suggest it will be a good fit. If it does, you will work hard with some of the best people of your life.

I interviewed and never heard anything yet, I keep getting invited to apply again??? I don’t do business with disorganized companies at all. I am very particular about being organized. I am I know I am qualified. May be this is why my interviewer was falling asleep during my interview???😂
