Interview
I had two Microsoft Teams interviews with two separate Regional Managers, one in Ohio and one in Florida. They asked a lot of questions about my current roll as Outside Sales Representative for the Medical Sales Distributorship. I was positioning myself as a self-starter and go-getter. There were a few questions regarding the my desire in sales. I did not end up getting a 3rd interview.

Interview
The worst! I was in the last step of the interview process, with the last communication being via text, can you meet hiring manager tomorrow for final interview? I replied back, yes! No further communication. I sent an email to follow up, no response! What a terrible experience, they were completely inconsiderate of the time I had invested in the interview process.
