I met with Yasmin, the Head of People following a Linkedin message expressing her interest in speaking with me for the position. After having a brief conversation to learn more about the company, product, and their interest we continued onto the second stage which was meeting with the Founder.
This session was more focused around learning my workflows in deal management, how I'd approach a few different scenarios they're dealing with as well as giving the Founder a chance to speak more about the product and how he sees the company progressing going forward.
The last stage was an in-person presentation with the Founder and a few members of the team to role-play through a few scenarios. This whole stage felt open and collaborative.
All in all the process was very efficient, and didn't include unnecessary steps or hurdles.
