Interview
I found the ad for this job on Craigslist. It was pretty direct and detailed, but detailed in a vague way. It gave plenty of examples of what they'd like you to do, but did not explain what type of environment the workplace actually was.
My interview was timed by an outside employee while I sat with the owner of the firm. He told me that although I'd answered all the questions from the job posting, he wasn't sure I was qualified for what they needed. Which was fine, except then he talked to me about why I thought I'd be a good fit. I had no idea whether my answer was suitable or not and then the other employee came in and said we were out of time. I left the interview feeling like I had failed a test.

Question 1
The most difficult question was when he asked me if I thought I'd be a good fit for the company. I couldn't possibly know whether I would be or not. The only information about the company is on their website. I didn't talk to anybody but the owner when I came in for my interview, so how was I supposed to know if I'd fit in or get along with the other people who already worked there?
