I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Graybar in Nov 2013
Interview
You get emailed to schedule a phone interview if your resume makes the cut. Phone interview is pretty standard, no real difficult questions, they are more just trying to understand who you are.
If the phone interview goes well, then you'll get called in to have a face to face meeting with your hiring manager.
Then I didn't hear anything back from them for a month plus, until I got a call saying that they would like to talk. Got the positioned offered over the phone.

I got an email saying Graybar was interested in me and after filling out a long Questionaire I was reached out to by a local manager a few days later. We met locally and had a conversation about the things I'm looking for in a career, explained the position, asked about my experience with SAP and product knowledge. Smooth conversation.
