Met with the local sales manager for breakfast. Conversed about expectations, pay system, benefits, typical work day situations. Talked about what role I would have with the company and the amount of time I was expected to excel in assigned duties.

Interview
I got an email saying Graybar was interested in me and after filling out a long Questionaire I was reached out to by a local manager a few days later. We met locally and had a conversation about the things I'm looking for in a career, explained the position, asked about my experience with SAP and product knowledge. Smooth conversation. I was even asked about my life outside of work.

Interview
Once the application is filled out they get back to you in about two weeks. They call you saying if you got an opportunity. The interview was very relaxed.
Pre screen phone interview, In person with panel including HR others, personality competency tests, drug screen urine, background. Offer letter received but no negotiation on any aspect. The vacation or time off is not negotiable.
