      Shopping Editor Interview

      21 June 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Grazia UK (London, England) in Apr 2021

      Interview

I had a very friendly Zoom interview with the individual responsible for recruiting the role, around a week after applying online. It all seemed well and I received a positive email the next day asking me to do a lengthy task. I spent a week doing the task and sent it via email to the recruiting manager in time for the deadline. I didn’t receive a response to confirm that my task had been received and was being considered, so I sent a follow-up email a week later. I received no response. A few weeks later I sent another email and received no response. Around two months later I was sent an automated email saying the role is no longer available. Up until now, I don’t know if anyone was hired or they chose not to fill the position. I don’t know what happened with the work I sent over.
