The first interview with the HR rep was great. We thoroughly talked about the position, company culture, team i'd be working with, and he even mentioned what a great asset and fit I'd be for the team. We scheduled my next interview, and then I unfortunately received a call two hours later saying the next interviewer looked at my resume and "didn't see enough CRM experience", which is bonkers because I have been managing and training CRM for the past 12 years. I found this very disheartening and unprofessional.
