they want to make sure you're licensed, a team player, customer oriented, can/will adapt to great clips system, flexible, and listens to customer. If you limit your hours in any way or sound unsure of your speed or willingness to change your habits, they will not even consider hiring you.

Question 1
How many haircuts do you feel comfortable doing in an hour?
It was super relaxed for the most part. They mostly asked questions about my background and previous customer experience jobs. How I handled certain situations, why or why not I'd be a good fit. Standard interview stuff,

We appreciate you sharing the interview process! Thank you for the feedback.
They did an in person interview and a technical interview, it wasn't too hard of an interview process. The technical is intimidating at first but its not too bad and the manager was friendly.

Interview
I got an immediate call after applying online. A recruiter took me out for coffee and a quick chat. They offer a lot training so they focus more on advertising what your job could be like if you accept the job offer.
