Sit down with administrator , conversation about the profession. Interviewer wanted to know what made me an ideal candidate for the position. I told the administrator my different levels of experience in regard to serving the community.

I had already worked in the district for a number of years as a part-time teacher. Despite administration claims, it is difficult to move into a full-time probationary position even after previous service (and with excellent evaluations). You have to start from the beginning like a new applicant. I was passed over twice before finally landing a full-time spot. All interviews are conducted by a selection committee.
