Interview
There was no interview. They have you take endless personality and intelligence tests. They asked a handful of experiential questions only. It was tedious and lengthy. They did not tell me ahead of time that it was going to take the entire day -- from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Interview
There really wasn't an interview. There was a battery of tests and an hour-long phone conversation with a psychologist. I had an initial "interview" followed by the testing process and further meetings and a plant tour. I was on site for over six hours.
