I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Great Northern Insulation (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2021
Interview
I would love to describe the interview process. Here is how it unfolded.
1.) Received SMS text message from HR. I thought this was kind of unprofessional, but I rolled with it.
2.) Coordinated with HR to set up a phone interview where I was to be called.
3.) At the date/time agreed to, no call was received.
4.) I waited until the end of the day and sent another text message asking if everything was okay and did we need to re-schedule.
5.) HR was quite indignant and said they did call and it went to voicemail. Of course, there was no voicemail message, no SMS text, nor any email in regards to this as most people would do if they were in that situation.
6.) Phone interview was re-scheduled to a TBD time but we would follow up next business day.
7.) Shockingly, never heard from them again.
I would highly recommend steering away from such an unprofessional, out-of-touch HR department.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Unfortunately, there were not any questions to answer, as HR was pretty flighty about the interview process.

Interview
Brief meeting, met with my interviewer, and the process was very casual. Just a casual chat. Before I even left the room I was told I had the job. However they were very unprepared. Both interviewers were not intellegient people.
