They ask you basic questions about the specific area you'll be working, such as if a guest is having issues, what you can do to fix it, how you plan on handling it and simple stuff like that.

I had a interview call and the person asked me a series of moderately hard questions, then I was asked to come in for another interview. I am scheduled for an actual interview in person from a person from my department.

Interview
It was very easy and informal. Got hired on the spot, with out answer many questions about myself. Everyone was very nice. You first meet with the HR representative, then a manager from the area you are applying for comes in to interview you.
