Easy, fun, light. I actually enjoyed the interview, the person was easy going fun to talk with, they even told me about their own experiences working with the company. They ask alot of basic questions and some funny ones where younexplain why you work well in the type of environment great wolf offers.

Application process started with a weird AI chat, which put me off a bit, but I proceeded, as I was interested in the position. But from then on out, I never got to speak to a real person. Through this initial application chat, I was given dates to schedule a phone interview which I went ahead and did, and received confirmation over email. The next day I received a handful of different emails (all being sent by this Emma ai character—I’m unsure of any real human involvement in this), one saying my phone interview had been canceled, and others, saying that a completely new, now in-person interview had been scheduled on a completely different date. I was never once asked about my availability. I mulled it over for a day, and eventually decided that no I wasn’t going to go, as if they didn’t care to respect my time and availability at this point in the process, would they ever if I were to be an employee? So I cancelled, thinking that would be the end of it. No less than a week later I got another email saying ANOTHER in-person interview had been scheduled, again, without any actual call to what days or times I’d might be able to attend such a thing, or considering the fact I’d canceled the first time. And emails still from some AI character. I’m just weirded out. Feels unsolicited at this point.
