Three skills and written assessments these included a general knowledge quiz multiple answer, observation test and then a written test. Lastly a competency based interview in front of a panel of two people.

This was a competency based interview, focused on skills and experience in customer service and people management. STAR method was easily applied here and worked well for the style of question.
