I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GreenFlux Assets (Amsterdam) in Nov 2021
Interview
Process took 2+ months. I reached out to recruiter through LinkedIn and got shortlisted.
Interview followed as- Assignment, Review by tech Panel, Interview through Teams.
They gave one big assignment to complete (20000+ words of code) which I completed and submitted within timeline (~7 days). Got positive feedback and had my first round of technical discussion.
Technical panel's feedback was that I am overqualified for Mid Level .NET developer qualified for Senior .NET Developer position. So that round was strong positive(as per them).
Recruiter came back saying I should have interview/casual discussion with another team(potential future team).
So again 2 more guys took another 40 minutes of interview which was partial technical, partial culture &behavioral.
And guess what I got response after two days that they will not proceed as they found someone else.
Now I have no issue with rejection but to my surprise they started with Mid level which I eventually qualified but they end up offering nothing which was very unprofessional.
I didn't bother much because I got much more prominent offer from some other organization anyway but wanted to put this feedback so that future candidates can understand how much time and energy they might spend and end up with nothing.
