Started with a web-based personality test. Once complete, conducted a telephone Screening Interview with an HR official. A couple of days later, an in-person interview with would-be supervisor that went great. Very friendly and open. Just under one week later, a final in-person interview with 2 would-be peers, again very friendly, comfortable and relaxed.
