I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Greenberg Traurig (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2021
Interview
I interviewed with two sets of two attorneys. My last interview was with two legal secretaries and they complained that their last paralegal didn't file things correctly, which seemed like such an odd complaint to bring up in an interview. They also expressly stated many times that they did not help the paralegals with administrative work and I would be responsible for almost all of that except for the opening of files. I knew I wouldn't want the job because I have no idea how anyone could meet their 1800 billable hour requirement while doing admin work.

It was very simple. I was hired immediately due to the fact that they were short staffed. The HR manager and the admin interviewed me. I have a brief moment in speaking with the attorneys.
