I applied bakkavor in early February, they invited me to AC in early March. From the email they sent me, we should have a telephone interview before the AC stage. In fact, I have not receive any telephone or video interview invitation, but get the AC notice, which surprise me.

just using an online system to take a record and HR will analyse your performance through the video .I recommend people to apply the position which match your degree. Even though I passed the video interview, they withdrew my application because I do not have relevant degree. It is ridiculous.
