Applied for the job and within a couple weeks had an interview was offered the job shortly afterwards. Many questions were asked about my ability and knowledge. They offered information about the position and expectations.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Greene & Cooper (Roswell, GA) in Mar 2012

Interview

By committee and individually. It is a combination process with some people interviewing one on one and some panel. I met with the lead attorney for the firm then all of the associates and then the paralegals and legal assistance. The whole process took about 3 hours.
