Was contacted by the recruiter after submitting my resume. That individual was not friendly or engaging. In fact, that person was bit haughty, as if they were doing me a favor by speaking with me. The pay rate quoted was so-so, and the hours to/from their downtown location would be during rush hour. Considering that the parking in that area is horrendous, I wasn't enthused. Worse yet, you don't know you truly have a job with them until a 90-day DRACONIAN probationary period (and these companies wonder why they cannot find great candidates?!) Shortly thereafter, I received a rejection form letter. I'm glad I dodged that bullet!! All of the positive general reviews about this company look as though they were submitted by managers and such. I wasn't impressed at all by my interview experience. They came off as too structured and uptight.

Easy enough. Applied online and got a screening call set up a week later. They were very nice and seems like a good place to work, I just wasn't lucky enough this time.
