I applied online. I interviewed at Greenhouse Software (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2021
Interview
The Greenhouse interview process walks the walk! The coordinator and recruiter were prompt in scheduling my interviews, and were very transparent in what the process was going to be. I always knew where to find the interviewer names, Zoom conferencing link, and how to proceed with next steps. Huge kudos to the TA team for a seamless process in this new virtual world!
It was an extensive interview process, and I met 9 individuals from Greenhouse (combo of CSMs, leaders, Product). Each interviewer was kind, smart and engaged. There was never a doubt that they were genuinely interested in getting to know me. I felt like I made 9 new professional connections, and learned new things from them throughout the process.
Thank you for reviving my belief in a good interview experience, after it feels like I've gone through 100 bad ones!

So this process is Intense but it makes sense as to why it is this way. They want to make sure you are a good fit and understand what you are getting into. Just be yourself and not give stale answers (try telling stories) and be about the customer.

2. Meeting with Potential Manager
3. Presentation on a project they give you
4. 3 hour panel Interview
I go through all the rounds and they made me an offer today! Im so happy!
