Initial interview was a phone call with General Manager. Followed by an in-person interview with General Manager and the owner. Most questions were related to my previous work experience. They were also interested in what I like to do when I'm not working. The interview on the phone was about 15 minutes and the in-person interview was about 30-45 minutes.
