Interview
Phone interview was easy: basic first one
Second interview was more skill set
In person was a personality check. Making sure the company and my personality would work.
Along the way, you get tested on skill sets, you are put in different situations and must be able to give a projected solutions roadmap, something catered to your resume usually.
Must know your field well enough to answer some of the questions. Not too difficult if your have real experience!
