friendly interview very informal very fast interview very sketchy and would not discuss pay rates, not much information regarding duties, advised i was to be team leader interview was held in office at there yard.

no unexpected questions as i am very familiar with the machinery would not discuss pay until i was alone as other members of staff were present felt strange as they did not like to discus rate of pay as everybody is on different rates.
