Easy enough but I didn't have much experience so it was harder to answer experience based questions for me. They asked a lot of things like "Give me an example of a time you did X" or "How would you respond in Y situation". I was offered a position at a different store than the one I applied to.

Give me an example of a time you handled conflict effectively
Interviewer was nice and asked the general questions: Tell me about yourself, What's a weakness you have and when are you avaliable. Was unfortunately late to the interview due to major traffic but the interviewer was very understanding.

send in cv, online situation based question and behavioral based question are the next step in the process, if passed you will be invited for a face to face interview. pretty much accept people on the availability they need.

How do handle conflict with customers, give an example
Straightforward and typical interview process. Only involved the manager of the store, who was kind and made it feel comfortable. As my first interview, it was more relaxed than expected.
