      Home Preservation Supervisor Interview

      8 July 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Gregory Funding in June 2021

      Interview

Gregory Funding contacted me on LinkedIn to see if I was interested in a position that was titled as a Home Preservation Supervisor but was actually a new position. They were looking for someone strong in process improvement to come and help them scale. I had two phone conversation/interviews before one in person with the heads of departments. The in person interview went well and I was called before I even got home to schedule a final interview. On that call, an executive team member told me he felt his managers should complete the job responsibilities for the position I was being considered for. After an awkward 20/30 minutes, we ended the call and I have never heard from anyone at the company again.
