Interview
First there was an intro call with HR. Then they gave me a take-home coding assessment to turn in within 24-48 hours. After that, I had an interview with one of the engineering managers. The next day was supposed to be my technical interview with one of the developers.
I was stood up for the technical interview... I stayed on the Zoom for almost 30 mins waiting, but they never showed up. Then after contacting their recruiter, I was told to submit new availability so they could re-schedule the interview. After almost a week of waiting for the invite, I received a rejection email saying they were moving onto other candidates. Just felt VERY unprofessional to me... to have someone wait for a reschedule only to be rejected via email.
