The interview process was great. it was several GS team members asking questions and engaging in the interview. The opportunity to cover more topics with more people resulted in an invitation to join their staff. I left the interview with a good understanding of the work environment.

Interview
Great because I felt as if it was more of a conversation than an interview. We talked about everything from experience to background. Even though my interviewers wore poker faces and were very hard to read at first, I still felt comfortable.

Weird people where late to it. One of the people who gave it was on her phone the whole time. She did not even look at my portfolio she was more interested if I could do what she needed me to do. The other two where much easier to talk to. We spoke about what the culture of the office is like what are there long term goals for the business.
